St. Joseph's Institution International (SJII)
Introduction
SJI International High School opened its doors in 2007 and was followed in 2008 by SJI International Elementary School. Together they are part of a group of seven Lasallian schools in Singapore with a history dating back to 1852. With children from over 40 nationalities at the school, the school’s community includes families from many different cultures, faiths and traditions. It is a school where each child’s culture, faith and traditions are respected and celebrated.

*The Lasallian Scholarship is a 6-year programme for students holding Singapore Citizenship who are currently attending any primary school in Singapore. It commences from G1 to G12. Up to four (4) scholarships are awarded each year.
The Foreign Scholarship is for students currently enrolled and attending a school in their home country. Up to eight (8) scholarships are awarded each year.
The Local Scholarship is awarded to Singaporeans/Permanent Residents. Up to two (2) scholarships are awarded each year.
The SJI International-Lion City Sailors Elite Development Scholarship is awarded to Singapore’s top footballing talents. Up to twelve (12) scholarships are awarded each year.

Academic Results
For IGCSE, the Class of 2024, comprising 221 students, has achieved remarkable results, significantly surpassing global benchmarks:
- 43.1% attained the highest awards of either A* (Cambridge) or Grade 9 (AQA and EdExcel)
- 74.8% of all grades were in the top-tier (A* to A or Grades 7 to 9)
- 99.2% of all grades were strong passes (A* to C or Grades 5 to 9)
SJI International’s IBDP graduates achieved an average score of 38 points in 2024, surpassing both the global average of 29.1 and Singapore’s regional average of 37.76, according to data from the International Baccalaureate Organization (IBO) in 2023.
This year, all 207 graduates achieved the full IB Diploma, marking a 100% pass rate. Furthermore, 39% of students scored 40 points or more, with 26% achieving 42 points and above, placing SJI International among the top-performing IB schools in the region and globally.
