IGCSE
Introduction
The Cambridge International General Certificate of Secondary Education (IGCSE) curriculum offers a variety of routes for learners with a wide range of abilities, including those whose first language is not English. With over 70 subjects, including 30 languages, the IGCSE equips learners with essential knowledge, skills, and understanding for academic and personal growth. Subjects are graded on a scale from A* (highest) to G.

Assessment Structure
All candidates take two papers. Paper 1, and one of Paper 2 or Component 3. Component 4 is optional and will not contribute to the overall grade.

Assessment Structure
All candidates take two components.
Candidates who have studied the Core subject content, or who are expected to achieve a grade D or below, should be entered for Paper 1 and Paper 3. These candidates will be eligible for grades C to G.
Candidates who have studied the Extended subject content, and who are expected to achieve a grade C or above, should be entered for Paper 2 and Paper 4. These candidates will be eligible for grades A* to E.
Candidates should have a scientific calculator for Paper 3 and Paper 4. Calculators are not allowed for Paper 1 and Paper 2.
