CEQ

The Cambridge English Qualifications (CEQ) is an English proficiency test. Achieving the required Cambridge English Scale (CES) score in a CEQ test is a prerequisite for taking the AEIS.

AEIS

The Admissions Exercise for International Students (AEIS) is for international students seeking admissions to Primary 2 to 5 and Secondary 1 to 3 in the following academic year.

PSLE

The Primary School Leaving Examinations (PSLE) is taken by all students near the end of their sixth year in primary school before moving on to secondary school.

GCE O-Level

The GCE O-Level examination is jointly conducted by the Ministry of Education (MOE) and the University of Cambridge Local Examinations Syndicate (UCLES). It is recognised internationally as equivalent to the IGCSE and GCSE.

GCE A-Level

The GCE A-Level examination is jointly conducted by the Ministry of Education (MOE) and the University of Cambridge Local Examinations Syndicate (UCLES). It is recognised internationally by universities as a university entrance examination.

International Education System

SLATE / WIDA

The SLATE and WIDA are English proficiency tests designed for non-native English speakers to assess listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills in academic and real-world contexts.

CAT4 / CEM

CAT4 and CEM evaluate a student’s underlying cognitive skills, such as reasoning, problem-solving, and critical thinking, to identify student potential.

IGCSE

The International General Certificate of Secondary Education (IGCSE) is a globally recognized curriculum designed for secondary school students.

IBDP

The International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IBDP) includes a combination of internal assessments and external examinations. Core components include Theory of Knowledge (TOK), Extended Essay (EE), and Creativity, Activity, Service (CAS).

AP

Advanced Placement (AP) offers college-level courses and exams to students, allowing them to earn credit or advanced placement in universities, particularly in the U.S. and Canada. There is no limit on the number of subjects taken.
